Trek Refund Policy
- For cancellations up to 31 days before the date of your scheduled trek you can receive a full refund minus $10 processing fee per person.
- From 30 - 15 days before the date of your scheduled trek, there is no refund but you may reschedule your trek for another date which is agreed on by both you and Elegant Tightwad Enterprises Inc.
- From 14 days before the event there is no refund and you may only reschedule based on certain limitations. These limitations being, if you cancel for a trek that is booked completely and we cannot rebook your space, we will only allow you to reschedule based on stand-by. Stand-by is defined as: we will notify you after 7pm on the night before your desired trek if there is space.
- Elegant Tightwad Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation participants will receive full refund of any monies paid by the method through which they paid. The usual reason for cancellation of an event is lack of sufficient enrollment.
